Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse

Best place in fairmont to get sushi, always good size rolls for the price and taste great. I always get one of the special rolls and random one, best time to go is during their lunch special great price and love there salad dressing. I'd recommend going.

I dined in here recently and was “satisfied” with the food. I sat down at a table adjacent to the fish tank and was able to see a lot going on. The server was a nice guy. The lady seemed to hover over him like he didn’t know what he was doing. He did fine in my opinion though. She came back and threw the check on the table at me , scared the daylights out of me. Too over priced for entrees. Soup and salad was kind of gross. 1/5

It wasn't crowded the day we ate here. Mom also likes to get her ears checked at the shop next door.
